Sir,
Thanks for your guidance.
Please advise me if we can move a petition to the civil judge seeking early hearing of our case if it is extending and going on and on. Is there any limit to close such cases like within 5 years.

Only if the Plaintiff is Senior citizen, of old age, disable, that justify expediting the case . U need to move application, and if not allowed , appeal against that order.

You cannot move such application rather can personally and orally try to dispose off the case at the earliest.

No expedite application would be possible but strategically get ready on every date for disposal and press always so that no date goes waste.
