i want to know that ,is there any ( max or min,) time frame, for cancellation of property sale deed (registered)?
is it necessary to give reason for cancellation?

Dear client,
There is no time limit to cancellation the Sale Registration.
To do cancellation the Sale Registration there should be required sufficient reasons.

I am surprised to read answer of Ld. K Satyanarayana!
First of all this is not a cite of advertising should be in his knowledge.
Second is that he should struggle to know about what is law of limitation in INdia.
The law of limitation in India is Titled as LIMITATION ACT 1963.The relevant portion he should read to answer this query would be found in article 59 which is 03 years To cancel or set aside an instrument or decree or for the rescission of a contract to be counted from the date When the facts entitling the plaintiff to have the instrument or decree cancelled or set aside or the contract rescinded first becomes known to him.In forgery cases article would be 56 but there also limitation wopuld be 03 years from the date of knowledge.
The ground to cancel a sale deed may be 'forgery and impersonation' where the deed would be treated void or that CONSENT was tainted by misrepresentation,undue influence,coercion or fraud where the deed would be treated voidable.

Sale deed can also be cancelled by mutual consent of parties to the deed.

No body would be interested in asking about
consented cases as they would visit registrar office and get a cancellation registered for which they would not enquire us.
But it must be clear that even in consented case route of suit can not be adopted without manipulation of facts about knowledge to secure limitation which would be three years and no more.
