how to find out government value of a flat in mumbai?? somebody told me to refer ready recokner ... i opened ready reckoner and there were hundred numbers in it... it is very confusing... i do not understand it.... can somebody help?? sq feet of property is 936 built up... located in tardeo ... on 6th floor

you have to refer latest ready reckoner rate . for instance if you know survey number of your property its location as described in your agreement you can easily find out your property rates in your locality

You can take the help of some local lawyer or property dealer of the area.
