The property is in the name of your wife and son, they can transfer the property by way of sale, gift etc. If you have any proof (for evidence) that the properties which were purchase by you in the name of your wife and son, you may file case in a court of law. You stated that the new property purchase by your wife and son in Delhi through Power of Attorney". that document need to be verified. if you want to talk with me or some expert of this Forum search in profile page. my No.9490929460.

The properties purchased in the "exclusive" name of your wife and son can be disposed by her/him, which can not be challenged.

Property purchased on GPA do not transfer title (ownership) rights being invalid and illegal transaction wherein title (ownership) still survived with the vendor (seller) in the absence of agreement to sell, receipt, affidavit, possession letter and a registered will in favour of the vendee (buyer).

Show the documents to a local lawyer for better appreciation of facts, analyse and guide you properly.

Thanks for reply, sir I think, I am not explained my question properly, sir my son was minor at time of property was purchased, my wife sold my property, and buy new property, him or she don't have any income source, that all amount burying this new flat is come from my last property, so, just I want my property back which is come from my investment any my income source. Thanks

The property purchased in the name of minor can not be sold without permission from District Judge after justifying bonafide sale for the benefit of the minor him/herself.
If your wife has sold her property she is well within her right.
You have adequately been advised, consult a local prudent lawyer for further questions.
