Dear sir,
Proposed society is ready already they opened the bank account also..only physical verification is pending after that they will get the society registration also...
Main thing is society maintenance receipt is come on peoposed socity latter head & even BMC tax also come for the individual name...it include in society maintenance..
Kindly confirm in this senario proposed society is Valid for NOC for lein or mortgage loan..
Plz advice fast with legal section as per the society act
