Propritership Firm Registration

Dear experts
i want to know the procedure of registration of a proprietorship firm withe Registrar of Firms, in Delhi. can someone help me out for that and provide me the formats of documents needed

you dnt have to register your proprietor concern with registrar of firms, you have to apply for the VAT regn., with Sales Tax Department. It is more than sufficient.

I accept the suggestion given by Rajeev S Vadrali sir. Registrar of firms is for Partnership Firm and not for Sole Proprietorship.

There is no provision for the registration of Sole Proprietorship anywhere in India including Delhi so no format.....

thanks to all, actually sir there is a problem that i want to open a current account in any bank for name BIG Realtors. in BIG Realtors i do the property sale purchase work , The Banks are requiring the firms registration. You all suggested me to register the firm with vat deptt. but there is no trading in the firm. If i register this with service tax deptt. perhaps i will be liable to file service tax return quarterly or half yearly. Is there any limit for service tax return.

plz suggest/confirm me again that
1. i should register with vat deptt. or
2. i should register with service tax deptt
3. i should register with with any other deptt.
