Prosecution under section 174 of the IPC against woman?

If a woman refused to appear before the police station in a summon under section 160 of the CrPc, can she be prosecuted under section 174 of the IPC?

Not at all.
Because no woman or children below 14 years of age can be compelled to appear in a police station. She has to be questioned only at her home.
[ under section 160 Cr PC, a notice is given and no summons are given ]
