Being a prosecutor summoned to Panch witness, report came that he is not available at address that is why prosecution evidence closed but now accused is producing same person as a defense witness, what to do ?

It is admissible. Same time prosection has right to cross examination the witness..

Yes now the prosecution has an opportunity to cross examine the witness produced by accused where he can quiz him about his whereabouts then.
