Protest petition

If the complainant A files a protest petition against the the B Report filed by the police and the same complainant is accused A1 in the counter case filed by the accused(person 12) in the previous case against which now a chargesheet is filed against complainant A and is under trail. can the person12 seek for the quashing of protest petition filed by the complainant A ?
should he seek the same in the high court or in the same magistrate court?

im the accused in a case filed by complainant A against which police filed B report and now he is filing a protest petition...and in the counter case im the complainant and complainant A is the prime accused A1 against whom chargesheet is already filed and is under trial

It can be filed as a separate case, it is maintainable.
However, discuss with your lawyer who is better informed.
