Protest petition in 498a

(Querist) 20 December 2013 This query is : Resolved
Its really a pathetic situation in my 498a case. 3days back i went to attend my 498a case for 2nd appearance.
Where my wife also came to court gave protest petition to the judge and requesting court to do the reinvestigation & include A2-A5 in 498a case, as IO as came to conclusion on his own to remove A2-A5.
In 161 statements all the witnesses (expect complainant)did not gave any witness against A2-A5, hence police removed A2-A5 in charge sheet & submitted to the court.
Now judge gave next date on 26/12/13.(Charge sheet did not get the no.)

Pls guide me how to stop her & avoid A2-A5 from this 498a.

Thanks in advance.

Pl. have the trust that the Court will give due credit to the IO's report and do justice.

The court will hear the de facto complainant before deciding whether to accept FRT against those accused persons or not.
The de facto has every right to file her protest petition. Only thing is you have to now convince the Judge that the report of Police is good for closure against them.

The court has not decided on the petition and has posted to hear the case on some other date. The IO's report on notice by court as well as the petitioner's argument on the matter will be considered, I think your lawyer may also file his objections so that you can be heard of your views.
