Provident fund delay

i ve left a job from vijyant security services gurgaon in jan 2011 till now i ve not recieved my full provident fund...they have given in instalments coz they have maintained multiple accounts on my name...i have follow up this matter every month for my own hard earned money...but still waiting what can i do....till now they have cleared 2 accounts and one more is pending ....they have given my pf money like a loan....total harrasment ...please suggest

Have they deposited your PF in EPFO?
You have not stated if you have filled withdrawal form

If your withdrawal form for the third account has been got deposited then it shall be got released within days but if this has not been done as on day then make a representation to RPFC Gurgaon and rest action leave upon them.

they have given me the signed form but making excuses for shortage of funds in their account i am still waiting to deposit the form....but they r delaying from 2 long years

It means they have not deposited your dues and you are perhaps not even aware of the fact.
If it is true then they are liable for criminal prosecution.

yes they have not deposited my part of the pf amount from my salary.....they r saying it will take time.....this is not my case only my friends also facing the same problem with this company.....they r fetching interest of our money by depositing in the bank on their account.

Non deposit of EPF contribution and deduction is a criminal offence under section 409 of IPC. You are required to make a detailed complaint to RPFC, Gurgaon with all sufferers and then to wait for their action failing which directly file such criminal complaint before local magistrate.
