Provident Fund not submitted by company

(Querist) 27 January 2016 This query is : Resolved
I resigned from company in feb 2015 and now i came to know our Company not submitted our PF since april 2014 but they deducted PF from our salary. Company got 2-3 times notification from EPFO office but did not submitted it and only give their penalty fees. I also filed online complaint but nothing happened till now. What should i do?

Firm up next venture ASAP. This employer is unworthy of being employed with.
The employer may also turn vindictive when you start lodging complaints.

Download all salary slips of all months showing deductions.............and all performance and integrity/compliance related matters, that show, no transgression is ever committed by you.

If this employer is facing funds crunch and is unlikely to come out of crisis then employees may face further problems pertaining to payment of their dues as well.

If the employer faces further issues then it may face liquidation etc etc and it is long drawn legal battle to recover dues.

Write (under proper acknowledgment by letter thru Redg. Post or personal email id, and attach copies of all salary slips) to good offices of appointing authority,MD and ask to supply PF a/c slips of all years( supplied by EPFO for you).

Lodge complaint by email /letter citing previous reference numbers, to RPFC,Addl CPFC,CPFC.

Pursue RTI route to know the action taken.

Lodge complaint with vigilance cell.

Lodge complaint with police.

Lodge complaint with DCDRF.

Lodge complaint with Employee's/trade Unions.

Issue legal notice etc etc..........

Manage to Extract your dues and bid farewell at a good note.
