from 328 to 339 crpc provision for unsound mind.i want to what kind of categories of unsound mind person these section cover.should he be unsound at time of inquiry or investigation.

Yes at the time of inquiry or investigation magistrate is to be satisfied that the person is of unsound mind from the evidence given before him
