There is a big problem of traffic jam for whole day in my city at a particular busy place,i want to file a complaint/case/suit to solve or draw the serious attention of the administration towards this major problem of residents of my city,kindly suggest me Provisions of law under which the public authority is obliged under the law to do needful / or i can file any complaint/case/suit/notice to DC etc for redressal of this problem.Thanks

You can file civil suit under section 91 of CPC along-with 2 other public persons seeking permission of the court but as you know you shall have to serve a legal notice under section 80 of CPC before filing civil suit against State.

you can file writ also in high court against the authorities responsible for action.
