Dear Sirs,
We have some land which was taken by my father in the year 1989 and we hold the complete documents related to this land and we are taking different kinds of loans from banks since 20 years.
but now all of a sudden some one has come claiming that this land has been purchased by them in the year 1980 and they are threatening me saying that they will be proceed legally.
kindly help me out in this issue to proceed furher.

Don't you feel that you have to approach your lawyer in your area, show him the documents, discuss things and take appropriate action as suggested by him?
Ultimately, it is the lawyer at your end who has to handle the matter.
When so much money is at stake, still you do not want to spend some money on the lawyer, but want to avail free service here.

That is what exactly I am telling.
Nobody will be able to give you an appropriate view unless one goes through the entire gamut of documents in your possession and what exactly has transpired.
A petient need not know entire medical theory before approaching a Doctor. Similarly, a person needing legal help need not first understand entire procedure before approaching a lawyer. In the course of discussion with the lawyer, you will definitely come to know the important points, especially when you will be interacting and giving information/answer to the queries of the lawyer.

Whether the chain of last 30 years was confirmed / non encumbrance report from lawyer was called before purchase ?
Consult a local lawyer and show him all the documents.

Sir, I had consulted a Layer and he had verified all the documents and he very confidently says that nothing to worry as all the documents are quite clear. He also says that as per the rule if the property is under some ones possession for 13 years no one can claim for the property.
