hello in jan 2017, i deal a property worth 10 lac (cost 30 lac as per market valuation) and builder agrees that we can pay amount and make registry. We made Purchase agreement on 1000 rs stamp. stamp not notarised. we think that if anything happen, we can registered immediately. now he don't want to sell. can any one tell what legal procedure.

No sir we not registered, both party signed on it and he say if we make registry its null and void, and we think if any thing happen we can immediate registered it and notarized with stamps.
