Dear Sir,

Is there any limit on Purchase of Agriculture Land by an

1) Individual (Under IT Act, 1961)
2) Company (Companies Act, 1956)
3) LPP (Limited Liability Partnership)

Seek your guidance, if there any restrictions under any act, please be elaborate what are the restrictions?

Also please tell what is BT and AL Act 1948 is all about?

Only an agriculturist can by an agricultural land in maharastra,for industry you may bye any no. of hectors, above 100 you have take the permission of industry commissioner.
