Sir, I want to purchase a land . on searching the details of its
' khasra no' on website,type of land is mentioned as '' bhumi
jo sankramaniya bhumidharo ke adhikaar mein ho" I wish to
know whether I can buy this land for residential purpose ..
pls guide me!!!

contact a local lawyer . never purchase a property without obtaining title clearance certificate from lawyer .
