I am obc cast man. I want to purchase land from sc person in odisha. What are the rules to purchase land in odisha, plz guide me. Its urgent plz

If the land is transferred from SC/ST persons to General Category staying in the Non-Scheduled area then permission should be taken from the concerned Sub-Collector/Revenue Officer as per Odisha Land Reforms Act, 1960. BC person is also not an exception.
