Purchase of st land land

can we purchase one cent of land (30*40site )for the consturuction of home from st people with out taking government permission.we belongs to general community.the land what we have purchase is not a granted land by the government to the st people.we belong to state of karnataka

consult local lawyer before taking any decision for purchase of st land . generally non tribals cannot purchase st land without prior permission of collector

Consult local lawyer, who must be well aware of the local laws in this concern.

Only when it is a granted land you have to obtain permission from the govt.

If it is a land purchased by a ST there is no need to get Govt permission.
