Experts ,
In case of false DV case filed against me under Section 12, if I have sufficient grounds that it is false and groundless,under which Section of crpc can I apply to seek dismissal of the case at summons stage.
Or is it not possible???

you have to covince the court that case is false and baseless . since you have sufficent evidence fight the case .
