Quarelling neighbour

Dear Sirs,
We request your advise on the following.
We are very much tortured by our neighbour family. If any issue happens over common things like parking, entrance, water, etc, they start quarelling, shout loudly and use abusive language. They never talk amicably and as per rules. This has become habitual since last 2 years. Other point is they are more in numbers and all start quarelling with us.
I request you to kindly advise me on what action police can take in this matter and what are other remedies available to us.

lodge police complaint against them in PS of ur area.

It seems u reside in co-op society, as with common facility.
Issue be first reported in writing, get it recorded. Let Society handle it.
You do not talk , do not quarrel with neighbour.
Get full proof case , with photo , If they fight, have a video, in hidden manner to prove that your legitimate request for parking or water was opposed and they abused you.
Later file Complaints , So that they get good Lesson, and punished.

Thanks experts for valuable advise. Please clarify me what police action can be in this case. Do police have any powers in such matters.

Dear Querist
if you are only person who is harassed by them, you can file a FIR under section 504, 506 of IPC if they threaten to you.these sections are non-cognizable and bailable offence. if the police is not ready to File NCR Report, you have to right to file a criminal complaint u/s 156 (3) Crpc. against them.
