DV case quash nahi hoga . 498A case me agar aapka aur biwi ka samjotha ho gaya hai tau quash hoga .

Aamtor par courts aise mamle quash nhi karti hain jab tak ki koi thos kmi mukdme main hi reh jaye. voice recording aapko trial ke doran prove karni hogi aur uska aapko nishchit hi fayda hoga.
