what is average,minimun,max time in months, where a 498a is quashed in an high court?

There can be no set time during which the case is to be squashed, much depends upon the circumstances and the contents of the case.

fine getting the situation, It would be good if we have the range in months say for example 3-6 months

Yes definitely. That apart the section can be put into use even after that. There is nothing called average time in law and it all depends upon the peculiar circumstances of each case.

No time limit, it is based on the contest by other parties i.e the respondents.
In some cases, the Prosecutors need some "instructions" and that too need some more time
