Quashing an FIR on property damage

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 26 June 2011 This query is : Resolved
Dear Experts,
In a land dispute, between my uncle and his neighboring land owner, a false complaint was lodged for property damage and an FIR has been issued against section 147, 148, 448, 427, 506(2), sectiom 3(1) of TNPPDL ACT 1992... TNPPDL - Tamil Nadu Public Properties Damage act

Few of other relatives got included into the complaint as well along with my uncle. It is a false complaint and the police unfortunately are supporting the neighboring land lard and have issued an arrest warrant. While we are working on getting anticipatory bail for my relatives, we would like to know if there are any ways to quash the false case in court.

Appreciate your views.

Falsity of allegations is not at all a round for quashing.

However if the FIR does contain such allegation which fulfills the criteria for quashing then definitely that can be availed of but for that the contents needs to be known.

For the time being concentrate of AB only.
