@ Love,
1. Experts on this platform do not entertain anonymous author. You are anonymous with smart adoptive name as "Love", which is practically just reverse, as stated by you.
2.Grounds for quashing (if there is some provision, which I am yet to learn) are to be fabricated by so-called "Love" as feedback/input for your lawyer, discuss with him/her.

Your name is love, why don't you learn something from your name to try your loving attitude towards your wife to withdraw the case? In that case there would be no need to get the dv case quashed by the intervention of the law court.

Did I mention that I have any problem with your name. I just suggested you to act according to your name? I have also not stated that my advice is not free for you. I rendered you totally free advice. Moreover, nobody can expect any fee from a person asking for some solution to solely an academic query.
However, if there is any truth in your story and you can't digest my suggestion, you can contact some local lawyer to fight your case, as this forum does not consist of astrologers to predict, "What are chances of quash and why judge summons my wife."
In fact, you made a very vague question as if put before some astrologer, whereas you are required to fight the case on merits of the case, not on guess made by any of the experts here.

Not only that your other question is also vague and uncalled for, when your own advocate has stated, "advocate is saying there is chances of quash as case has weightage.
A pertinent question arises, when you can't rely on your own lawyer, who has studied your case, what relevance would be the advice of any expert here, who have not been shown your case related papers?

Dhingra saab when person is in trouble he always try to explore every possobilities right from astrologer and legal experts or every one he thinks he can get advice or some knowledge. This platform is for giving legal advice but not to make fun by one way or another. .it is always better either stick to query reply or stay away from replying.

Dear Author,
I do not agree with your views.
Generally authors do not like advice which is not as per their views.
However, noted that I should also stay away from this query for further comments.

Noted your instructions with love. However, you should also note that, any advice is not subject to the taste and liking of the querist.
As you instructed, like a school teacher, i.e., "it is always better either stick to query reply or stay away from replying," similar is my advice for you that it is always better either to patiently give heed to the advice of the experts and try to understand that in right perspective, if any query is posted, or stay away from posting any query, if unable to digest what experts say.
Normally persons posting academic queries don't like real life suggestions, guidance or advice, as like you.
