quashing under 498

Hi,
If a High court has rejected a appeal for quashing, can we again move motion in the same court with more evidence. If not, what is the next step to be taken. Please advise...

first of all u have to file the writ petition for quashing, if ur wp is dismissed then u can make an application before the trial court i.e. in sessions court for discharged.

No. No such petition can again be moved before the similar high court.
