sir
if the limit is 6500/- of EPF and 15000/- of ESIC.

in my firm EPF and ESIC Deducted on amount of 8500 it is correct or not

yes assumed your basic is 8500 then the employer can take 6500 as your epf detection 780 8500 for ESI

In case of EPF: More liability (unnecessary) is being borne by employer.

In Case of ESIC: Employee is being exploited.

Expert : sankar narayanan is right subject to consent of employer and employee both in case of epf.

*If basic pay is rs.8500, there is no need for epf.
