out of the three legal forms for a NGO/NPO i.e Trusts,Societies and Section 25 companies which one is the most ideal form with having best succession policy and terms ?
secondly, can a section 25 company/society can be formed with an express purpose of bridging the gap between governments's policy formulation and its implementation ??

Dear Mr.Iranjan,
In view of your query, I would request you to send some more details about the nature of work you are intend to take-up under the above forms of Association of persons. Also please specify- as from which community the persons are i.e. Hindus, Muslims, Christians, Parsi etc. or the mixed one. If the group will be formed by mixed one then the next question would be - who will be the commanding person(s).I presume that on the basis obtaining information through Net , you wanted to discuss with loacal expert. Thus it would be better to discuss no. of experts of your locality and then select the best one.It is because of the reason that best one will assist you in future also and he should be empowered to hire some temporary expert of your locality for specific need. I propose that person should be who , who may have some basic knowledge of Accountancy and its juglary and their presentation before the authority concerned , in the event of need and have (if not thorough)good knowledge of Society Act, Trust Act, Incometax Act, Companies Act & Succession Act mixed with CPC.Hope you might have followed what I mean to say.
