My husband died 3 years back, i am 74 years old, my husband made registered will around 7 years back, as per his registered will ,i am absolute owner of the house located in kanpur, i was staying with my son family after the death of my husband in the same house, but my sons behaviour was very bad towards me so ultimately i had to leave the house and now i am staying with my married daughter, now i want to sell the house and i ask my son to show the house from inside to the prospective buyers, but he is not at all cooperating wtih me and is not interested to sell the house.
I do not have any proper place to live, i have other son, who is abroad, for the time being i am staying with my daughter.
Please help me and let me know what can i do in this situation.

you can get the Will probated and get the possession of the property so that you will no longer at the mercy of your son.
If, at present, the children are not taking care of you appropriate relief could be sought under the Senior Citizen's Act.

Firstly get the Will probated from the civil court if that process has not been done.
Secondly get the property mutated in your name with local municipal corporation.
Thirdly turn out the son's family of the house and move back to that house.
Fourthly entertain the buyers yourself and show the house for their approval.
Finally sell the house as soon as possible for waiting for long time may cost it badly for you.

Experts have properly advised, but one clarification is require. The house belongs to your husband's ancestral property or his personal property.

If the problem is real one, several alternatives are there to sell your property or evict your son from your property. Better, consult some local lawyer, expert in property laws, through your daughter or son in law.

Any reply to casual type of your query, like this one, cannot solve your problem.

The anonymous query does not seem to have any substance.

In other words, answer in the form of evading the question, and will go on without end.

Strangely, a fake ID person, with fake name and unknown location, Mr. Kumar Doab, asks the querist to post her ID !!

The querist may feel justified to ask him, if he can give him a perfect solution for her problem pertaining to dispute with her son, if she provides her ID, while according to the profile of Mr. Kumar Doab, he "PREFERS to POST (NOT advice) at LCI" MERELY "on matters pertaining to Labor and Service , Insurance, Consumer, Banking, Property, Income Tax," NOT ON FAMILY PROBLEMS?
