Query on Anticipatory bail in 498a case of Mahila court

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 14 July 2011 This query is : Resolved
What are the steps to do by a lawyer in getting an anticipatory bail for Accused 2 and 3 in 498a case.(who are not at all to be considered as accused).

How many days does a judge usually take for sanctioning the Anticipatory bail for this common type of false 498a complaint.

Generally on an average how does an anticipatory bail costs? is it irrespective of number of accused persons?

FIRST OF ALL WHO IS ACCUSED NO. 1.
U HAVE TO FILE AN A.B.A. U/S 438 OF CR.P.C IN THE SESSIONS COURT.
THAN THE REPORT WILL BE ASKED TO BE FILE BY THE CONCERN POLICE STN. AND THEREAFTER GOING TO FACTS AND MERITS OF THE CASES UPON ARGUMENTS MY BOTH THE SIDES ORDER WILL BE PASSED WHERE BY A.B.A WILL GRANTED OR NOT.
WHEREAS AS COSTS ARE CONCERNED IT DEPENDS ON ADV. THAT CANNOT BE DECIDED.
IF U NEED ANY HELP THAN CONT. ME ON 9892115025 IN MUMBAI

Who did tell you that the accused 2 and 3 are not considered accused person? They are as ,much accused person as the accused person no. 1.

It depends upon the court, judges and the particular state. It should be around few weeks.

It depends upon the particular lawyer. We are not supposed to quote lawyers fees.

Thanks Manoj.
and thanks to Devajyothi too.
Accused 1 has also got bail.
Accused 2 and 3 are expecting bail. but my lawyer is saying we will get bail within 3 days but after recieving bail accused 2 and 3 should come sign before judge.

Its a 498a case.

Finally we applied the AB.
My innocent family members got the anticipatory bail yesterday.

We got it within 5 days.

Thanks to all who replied to this thread..
