Can a advocate commissioner be cross examined by the defendant ( who appointed Advocate commissioner)in the court of law.

If At All Any Clarification Is Required Or Any Mistake had Taken Place In the Reports Of Advocate commissioner It Has to be Mentioned to the Court and The Clarification would be done by the Court.If the Court is Convinced it Could Even appoint A New Person.
