I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THAT A PERSON BY PROFESSION LAWYER IS WORKING IN A COMPANY AS A LEGAL PERSON WITHOUT INFORMING THE BAR COUNCIL, CAN IT AMOUNTS TO PROFESSIONAL MISCONDUCT OR THERE IS ANY PROVISIONS THAT THE PRACTICING LAWYER SHOULD NOT WORK AS LEGAL EMPLOYEE OF A COMPANY>>>>>>>>>>>>>

The BCI rules specifiaclly bars such practise. However, please confirm whether he is a retainer or an employee since the former doesnot attract any action but the latter does.
