This query is : Resolved
if any evidence obtained by impersonating as somebody, suppose, i obtained some information, important for me but i cannot obtain it in my name as is the case with many R.T.I. applications from any Govt. institute (central or state) in the name of my any relative, then whether that information is/will be admissible in court or not. Is there any difference in addressing the above question in Civil and Criminal cases or the importance of evidence remains the same in both irrespective of the way it's been obtained. Please suggest some books or relevant section/s under any law specified for the matter. I've ' A Textbook on Law of Evidence by Justice Monir

Buy one more by SARKAR.
Above all try to learn how to grasp facts and laws and how to present it and do not
blend facts with algebra .
Your query is vague;impersonation is an offence.your query is as vague and meaningless as your name here.

It appears that the queriest had made a pseudonymous application. The information so obtained holds good as it is issued under the hand of the PIO with file number, despatch number and date of despatch.
The queriest may better seek information in his own name, next time; he may post queries, if any, in his own name.
