Respected Experts,
When we file SLP IN CRIMINAL CASE against High Court Orders in Supreme Court Of India, There is a point called "Question By Law"... What does this Question By Law mean?
Is this mean a lawyer will ask as a question to Honourable Judge.
Is this mean that advocate has to point out that in a way that for an example, "when dowry was not demanded, how question of dowry is raised"

SLP is not entertained on facts; Should there be any legal infirmity in the judgement of the High Court, SLP can be resorted to !

While moving SLP, the petitioner is required to bring forward the material illegality involved in the matter which gives rise to a question of law and the same is answered by the court in case it finds that such a substantial question of law does exist in the matter.
