Hello Sir,


I want to ask whether an Issue can be raised by the party in the Appellate court which is previously not raised in Trial court by the same party.

Yes you can raise the issue in appeal under grounds.

You have to first apply with reasons ,opp side will object and than after hearing the matter will be decided.
