Quick divorce within 1 or 2 weeks

the other party is neither coming to court nor showing any interest in giving me divorce. they even not talking to me in this case. will I get the divorce or my case will be discontinued by the court. some lawyers there are saying that without my husband interest in giving me divorce I cannt get it forcefully through the court. I tried hard to convince the man and his parents for easy divorce but failed all time. pls guide as I am mentally very much upset and want divorce at the earliest i.e. in 1 or 2 hearings since the guy I want to marry can wait till dec end for me. I am very depressed what to do but its sure I want divorce pls help

if your husband does not appear for 3 dates continuously you can apply for divorce exparte . court will grant you divorce .

someone just said these words regarding getting me divorce- if your husband does not appear for 3 dates continuously you can apply for divorce exparte . court will grant you divorce . is this possible. pls guide

despite it, you have to prove your grd. Evidence on your part will decide the judgement and order.
Court will pass J & Order,depending on your evidence, exparte, not necessarily Divorce.

you cant marry your bf until you are legally divorced . divorce process takes time . if your husband in spite of being served remains continoulsy absent you can apply to court for divorce

Even if you are getting exparte divorce, you may have to wait for 90days for re-marriage.
