What is procedure to start a Law Firm? Can advocates start a Law firm by registering it under Bombay Shop Act as like proprietary in nature
My problem is that I wish to start PAN service center for which registration of firm is compulsory then what I have to do?
May I register such Propitiatory firm under Bombay Shop Act? or Not?

Yes. You can do so without any legal hurdle.

Dear Ajit,
It seems that you are opening 'Pan service center' under NSDL/UTI i.e. franchisee.
As per BCI Rules Advocate can't engage commercial activity.
