A person has been arrested without informing his family and without giving reasons of arrest and even after issuing notice. He is kept behind bars for almost 3 months and then given the benefit of bail. My question is since the provisions of Section 41-A Cr.P.C. and the judgement of S. Court in D.B. Vasu's case have been violated. what remedies can i avail from the H. Court under the writ of quo warranto?

If that is the fact, then Quo Warranto petition does not at all arise.
