RESPECTED SIR
I WANT TO KNOW WHAT IS THE DEFENCE IN RBO ACT AS PRESCRIBED AUTORITY ISSUED NOTICE FOR DEMOLOTION OF UNAUTORISED CONSTRUCTION WITHOUT PLAN.
THE PLAN OF BUILDING IS PASSED IN YEAR 1985 BUT SOME CONSTRUCTION IS DONE WITHOUT PLAN IN BHUMIDHARI LAND

if unauthorised constructions have taken place without sanctioned plans you have to demolish the same

Get STAY ORDER rom Civil Court, informing, no damage or injury to local authority , and structure is 28 years old, when local authority did not object for so long,
Grave hardship to residents in case of demolition..
Get architect certificate that building is in sound condition, and residents purchased out of their full life saving, residing with their family for over 25 years, and local authority must provide transit camps/ temp accommodation, before demolishing it.
