Rajeenama during filing complain u/s 420 and 406 and sec 499

Dear sir,
I have filed defamation suit u/s 499 agst wife on genuine ground,wife is not summoned till now and also 156(3)complain/Istgasa u/s 420 and 406 against my wife for jwellery taken (in written) by her excessive of FIR u/s 498A.case is registered and in process in police.The Complain is genuine/ based on right information. if before or during proceeding/investigating further by police,it becomes RAJEENAMA with my wife(as being talked/in process eventually).should I do RAJEENAMA OR NOT.
WHAT will happen in court and police,where i initiated cases.is any risk to me.
I m under depression now,so not interested to fight any more.(wife has already filed 498A,Divorce and 125.)

hi, don't worry you can do compromise with your wife without any hesitation. write a letter of compromise with your wife and give it to police station where the fir lodged or if proceeding beginning in a court then give it in a court.but one think should be keep in mind your wife also ready to compromise with you from the straight of heart.

Dear sir,
Thanks to all of you !
It is clear to me reg.copy of compromise to be presented to police/court when done.
As it can take some days to finalise compromise papers, can police/investigation
officer compell me to investigate further at house/mayka of wife during this period.
if i clearly tell him about the matter that compromise being done,now i did not want any action agst my wife for Istagasa/complain u/s 420&406 presented in court and resistered in police.or what should i do.
pls let me know !
