Dear Sir,
I am living in Sharjah since 1998 with my family. My daughter, now 26 years old is with me. She intends to get married to a goan boy holding Portuguese passport in Goa as per Roman Catholic rites in the Church. Regarding the civil marriage registration, I am totally confused, every single person I have asked, including Catholic Priests from Goa, are giving me different, different information, different even from that in goa.gov.in. To add to my problems, the bridegroom cannot take more than 20 days leave, making it impossible to obtain a domicile certificate in goa. I am even willing to retain a lawer in Panjim for this purpose, or as per your advise, which I request most earnestly.

Do u mean Girl is Hindu and want to marry a Roman Catholic Boy??
Do u want Marriage Registration as per christan marriage act??
DO U WANT THE MARRIAGE MUST TAKE PLACE AT GOA CHURCH BY PRIEST ONLY??
Where boy / girl living now, and residence proof??
Clarify all your Requirements and constrains/ Limitations.
