Dear All
I bought a flat in chennai which landlord in banglore. at the time of buying there is tenant and he promised to vacate wihtin a month. but after regn the tenant filed suit against me that without intimating him i bought that house.
further I came to know the landlord has rented the flat to someone and not able to collect the rent because of distance and age therefore the tenant sublease the flat to another tenant. and my advocate who have his office at the same flat seems to be in tenant side and adjourn many hearing
kindly help me what to to now

Now you have no option but to file a suit for eviction against those persons.

you must be file petition for eviction in proper court seeks for eviction for the sub tenant and main tenant.
If the advocate has not been support to you, you fix a new advocate and you got consent vakalath from your old advocate, then proceed.

thanks for all of your reply
now I feel better
but my advocate telling the case going to end soon so no need to go for the new advocate and he told it may time consuming to explain all to new advocate.
ok let me explain it is possible for me to speak with the magistrate when my advocate is absent for hearing because he not attended the last two hearing and the witness got angry on me for make him wait till the end of court session
