i am applying for RCR. can my wife produce my emails which i sent to her and to her friends telling them that she ran away from the house taking her belongings without informing me, which my wife feels she is very humiliated and argue in court to take action against me? If I tell the court I did that because of the situation my wife put me and my children to suffer alone when she left without caring for their final exams which was about to start in a month time. What will be the courts point of view and I am willing to forget everything and start living for the sake of children's future. If my wife sets in conditions like she will work but will not pay her salary to run the house, how will the court view these conditions. PLEASE ADVISE

First of all leave your imaginary world. Hope your wife also belongs to your community. Along with some well-wishers and elders go to her place and discuss her and see what is her reactions or opinion. If it is not settled in the normal course, then only think about the court and procedure. Normally Courts are interested in joining the husband and wife whichever their caste, religion... The above said circumstances, which you are telling all are depending upon what stand you will take in the Court and one cannot say she will react as you said. Its all depending upon the fact and circumstances.

thanks but the case went already to the police and after 5 counsellings she doesnt seem to be interested. her father is not in any mood and tells us to do whatever we want. she joined a school recently and i sent email to the principal stating that she has joined without my knowledge and permission and hence i do not want to be liable for any consequences. my wife complained about this email and the lady police called me and told me to stop sending emails or else she will have to file FIR and arrest me. PLEASE COMMENT

If this is the case it is better to approach her legally. But as you stated, she is not interesting in joining with you what you will do by getting an order of RCR? Sir, you can't control her by approaching principal or school authorities. If that is the case, she will difinetly take coercive step. So be careful.

there is no harm in filing RCR application, the court will be more interested in pacifying both the parties and thereby saving the marriage.
if the relations have more sour then you will have to put some extra effort and may have to make certain compromises, depending upon the circumstances, to save the marriage.
none is equal in this world, we all have our own limitations and we can not expect others to behave as per our own wish....make some sincere effort and save your marriage, it will benefit you and your entire family.

You haven't mention why your wife left matrimonial home.
First try to short out those issue(with the help of close friends ,parents )before filing RCR.

First of have a meeting with your wife in the presence of her parents and other well wishers and if you feel that there is a hope to reconcile the matter then and then only you have to proceed with RCR otherwise take other remedies.
