My husband has filled rcr to prove e is good....but e has done lot off mental abd physical torture to me.i have filed divorce case against him...what will be the benefit of rcr.....

Filing an rcr does not at all prove a person to be good. If had been made to experience physical torture, it is you, who have to think, whether rcr will be beneficial to you or not. There can be no guarantee, if he starts physical torture to you again. However, your own lawyer can give you better advice, as he would have been adequately been made to understand, what would have happened to you in the past in your marital life. None else, other than you and your own lawyer, can guess anything from your very brief casual type of query.

Court will decide both the RCR as well divorce petitions based on the facts, circumstances and evidence of both parties.

Do not get perturbed with the RCR case slapped by your husband.
