My wife is living with her parents for nearly 1.5 yrs. I have filed RCR petition .Now my wife is ready to stay with me but not with my parents. She is agreed to stay with me if i manage a rental house for her. But i dont want to leave my own house. Previouly, 1 yr ago she tried to commit suicide when she was staying in my house. I dont know the exact cause behind her that attempt. But she is saying tht her life is not secured here, at my house. So she cant stay here with my parents. Is there any way to force her to stay with my parents? I dont want to leave my parents. So what should i do?

Family law relates to the mind of the life partners unlike other laws. Your problem seems to be simple. Go to the councilling with open mind so that your problem can be solved. Please keeep it mind that the other parner is your wife and she has got every moral and legal right in married life. If possible kindly take advice of elders of both of you.
With best wishes in settling the problems.

If your wife is willing toi stay with you this opportunity should not be missed.
However for the safety and protection of your parents you should stay separately with her then with your parents.

You have a chance to save your sacred institution of marriage by setting up a separate house away from your parents' house. This will be for your own benefit and future happy married life.
If she is coming for an amicable solution, utilise the chance

I know that i cant force my wife to stay at my house with my parents. In that case can i make divorce petition if RCR fail? Can i get divorce on mental cruelty ground? What proof and evidence should i require to get divorce on cruelty ground?

mere fact that she doe snot want to live with parents is not per-se cruelty rather indicates cruelty on her.
utility of RCR has already been explained athttp://www.lawyersclubindia.com/experts/if-rcr-fails-what-to-do-599111.asp#.VznVKSFMxHA

you said
"Is there any way to force her to stay with my parents?"
This sentence describes what you are.
She could have certainly been arrested had you been living in Taliban ruled Afghanistan. It was serious crime for a lady to escape torture of husband and his family.
