One Mr. X have House in one village land from last 60 years (He have all relevant papers to show his kabja over that land viz Government rent receipt, electricity bill, Ghara Patrak on his name …etc) But Talathi is not ready to enter his name , he only willing to mention area of that house ? So, Queries is that :-
1.kindly tell what is the remedy available to Mr. X ?
2.I think it is the duty of Talathi to mention Mr. ‘X’ name as kabjedar .
3.Measurement of land is the department of T.I.L.R & not Talathi , then in this case whether Talathi have right to measure the land ?
4.Which law is applicable for this case ?

Talathi,often records name only upon those lands which are in agricultural use,as the land's use has stood converted as abadi,they are ready to take so much area out of jurisdiction.
There is no much reason to worry as in case of dispute a suit of injunction will serve the purpose.
