Re open civil land case in lower court

DEAR EXPERT,
MY UNCLE LOST CIVIL LAND PARTITION CASE IN THE SUPREME COURT.

MAY I KNOW THE NEXT STAGE OF APPEAL PROCEDURE IN CIVIL LAND CASE?

WILL ALLOW LOWER COURT AGAIN RE OPEN SAME CASE?
