Re: PIL for Recognition of Medical Degrees

(Querist) 08 July 2010 This query is : Resolved
Dear Sir
I have filed a PIL in the Supreme Court in 2008 (Case No.W.P.No.124 of 2008) under Article 32 of the Constitution of India. Case is fixed for final disposal since August 2009, but every time date is postponed. This time No date is displayed for hearing. I am feeling frustrated that if I am not able to get justice from Apex Court where should I go? to whom I should contact?
I want t plead my own case along with some Senior Advocate please guide me and oblige

The Supreme Court of India is flooded with so many cases. It is natural that your case takes a little longer time. It is nothing unusual. You need not be frustrated. Think about the population of India and the number of cases filed in Supreme Court. Calm yourself. You can very well argue your case.
