Re registration

Dear Sir/madam,
We have a flat registered in 3 names with my grandfather with the 1st name. My grandfather passed away (expired) in sepetember 2012. What procedure we will have to undergo for re registration of the flat with remaining two names?

if the deceased (granndfather) has legal heirs acording to his personal law then the estate wil devolve as per that laws if the remaining two share holders are rightful successors then a letter of administration from a court of competent jurisdiction will suffice to enable them to deal with the deceased persons estate in the flat.this does not invole the sub registrar of assuarences. the mutation in the flats co op society will suffice
